On-site factory inspection
Most of the issues that arise at the factory are under many different actual manifestations, but they all have the same root cause.
By identifying each existing small problem, but causing big impact on-site factory, we will find out the true nature of the matter.
Action plan proposal
Standing on the reports conducted after thorough inspection in step 1, we determine our action course to resolve the problems.
HRI’s consultant work will encourage new ideas from those involved such as the factory directors, managers and the employees, in order to find solutions and specific action plans for each issue.
Training about improvement
Organize the training about improvement for the factory’s directors, managers and employees during the repetition of step 1 and 2. Confirm the results of each step, while incorporating the plan about improvement and training content flexibly with the actions taken in practiced to build the mechanism “employees can be self-aware to do next”.
